These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at hellobeautifulbridal.com (“Site”), your communications with us, and your use of our services, including appointments, shopping, orders, rentals, measurements, alterations, officiating inquiries, photo submissions, and other services we provide.
By using our Site, submitting a form, scheduling an appointment, making a purchase, renting formal wear, submitting measurements, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Site and Services
You agree to use our Site and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content, forms, photos, or materials in a way that violates applicable law or our rights.
2. Bridal, Formal Wear, and Appointment Services
Hello Beautiful Bridal & Formal Wear provides bridal gowns, prom and homecoming dresses, mothers-of dresses, social occasion attire, tuxes, suits, accessories, alterations support, and related formal wear services.
Appointment availability, product availability, designer availability, sizing, pricing, timelines, and service offerings may vary and are subject to change.
Bridal appointments, tuxedo or suit consultations, officiating consultations, and certain other services may require scheduling in advance. Please arrive on time for appointments. If you arrive late, your appointment may not be extended depending on our schedule and availability.
Walk-ins may be welcome for certain shopping experiences, but appointments may be recommended or required for bridal, tuxedo or suit consultations, alterations, officiating, or other personalized services.
3. Product Availability, Pricing, and Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep our Site accurate and updated. However, product availability, pricing, colors, sizes, designer collections, promotions, appointment availability, and service details may change without notice.
Images, descriptions, and product information are provided for general informational purposes. Actual product colors, fit, fabric, embellishments, and details may vary based on designer availability, screen settings, sample condition, alterations, and other factors.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, or refuse or cancel orders where information is inaccurate or unavailable.
4. Orders, Deposits, Payments, and Layaway
Special orders, bridal gowns, mothers-of dresses, flower girl dresses, social occasion attire, accessories, tuxes, suits, and other items may require deposits, payment in full, or other payment terms.
For bridal, mothers-of, flower girl, social occasion attire, and similar special orders, a deposit may be required before an order is placed. Remaining balances are generally due upon delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed.
Sample gowns, off-the-rack items, sale items, special orders, and certain merchandise may require payment in full.
Layaway options may be available at our discretion. Any layaway terms must be discussed and agreed upon with Hello Beautiful Bridal & Formal Wear.
All payment terms are subject to the specific order, item, service, rental, promotion, or agreement.
5. Tuxedo and Suit Rentals
Tuxedo and suit rentals are subject to rental terms, deposits, pickup requirements, return deadlines, late fees, and replacement charges.
A non-refundable deposit may be required for new rental orders. The remaining balance must be paid before rental merchandise can leave the store.
Rental items should be tried on by the required deadline to help ensure proper fit. Rental items must be returned on time. Late returns may result in daily late fees. Missing or damaged rental items may result in replacement charges.
Hello Beautiful Bridal & Formal Wear recommends being measured by a formal wear professional. If measurements are submitted online or provided by someone other than our staff, we are not responsible for fit issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete measurements, though we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve issues when possible.
6. Alterations
Alterations may be available or recommended depending on the item, fit, timeline, and seamstress availability.
Alteration timelines, pricing, availability, and final fit may vary based on the garment, fabric, construction, customer measurements, appointment timing, and requested changes.
We recommend planning ahead and allowing adequate time for alterations before your event. We are not responsible for delays caused by late appointments, late pickups, inaccurate measurements, missed fittings, shipping delays, or changes requested too close to the event date.
7. Officiating Services
Hello Beautiful Bridal & Formal Wear may provide or connect customers with wedding officiating services through Beyond Beautiful Officiating or related service offerings.
Officiating services may require consultation, scheduling, deposits, contracts, ceremony planning, rehearsal coordination, travel fees, or other terms depending on the type of ceremony, location, date, and services requested.
Officiating availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by Hello Beautiful Bridal & Formal Wear or the officiant and any required agreement or deposit is completed.
Couples are responsible for obtaining any required marriage license and complying with applicable county, state, or local marriage requirements.
8. Photo, Story, and Vendor Submissions
If you submit wedding photos, stories, vendor details, gallery links, or related information, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have permission to share it.
By submitting content, you grant Hello Beautiful Bridal & Formal Wear permission to review, edit, crop, display, publish, and share the submitted content on our Site, social media pages, advertising, and promotional materials.
Submitting content does not guarantee that it will be featured. We reserve the right to decide which submissions to use, edit, or decline.
You are responsible for ensuring that photographers, vendors, partners, guests, and any other third parties have granted appropriate permission for submitted photos or content to be shared.
9. Employment Applications
If you submit an employment application, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview, offer, or position.
